Welcome to Urban Haven!
Affordable and comfortable lodgings in downtown Montreal."Urban Haven", a former guest house, is now two beautifully furnished apartments, each of which has three bedrooms for rent on a monthly basis. Come with your own housemates and rent the whole floor together, or come alone and share with two others who I have chosen with care and sensitivity.
The six rooms are named after famous artists, writers and philosophers. Stunning original art by Krzysztof graces all the walls. I have chosen to provide an environment with no indoor smoking, no television, no fragrances, windows that open, and fans instead of air-conditioning.

The monthly room cost includes a beautifully furnished bedroom, cozy atmosphere, access to congenial communal space, fully equipped kitchen, wifi, heat, electricity, hot water, local phone, linens and towels.
Laundry facilities are available in the building for a small charge.

I HAVE RECENTLY LOCKED IN TO 12-MONTH LEASES FOR ALL SIX OF MY ROOMS. I therefore am no longer able to provide short-term rentals. Summer sublets may be available beginning in May 2012.
